Drinking this classic sidecar cocktail made with D’ussé cognac is like sipping on a drop of sunshine. An evergreen cocktail at its core, the sidecar can (and should) be served at many occasions. See the full recipe below!
what you need
1 oz orange liqueur
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
orange peel for garnish (optional)
What you do:
This cocktail is super easy! All you do is combine all ingredients plus ice in a shaker and shake well, then strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy!
Classic Sidecar
Ingredients
- 2 oz D'ussé cognac
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Pour cognac, orange liqueur, and lemon juice into a shaker.
- Add ice.
- Shake well
- Strain into a coupe glass and enjoy!
