Cinnamon Rolls with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Icing

Fall baking is something I look forward to every year! Who doesn’t love the smell and warmth of a fall kitchen in full swing? These cinnamon rolls with pumpkin cream cheese icing turn a classic treat into a delicious fall breakfast sure to fill your home with sweetness and comfort. What You Need:

1 can of Annie’s Organic Cinnamon Rolls

1 can of pure pumpkin purée

Swerve Confectioners

Pumpkin pie spice

Vanilla extract

Organic cream cheese

Cinnamon Rolls with Pumpkin Cream Cheese Icing

What To Do:

Pre-heat oven to 375 and place raw cinnamon rolls in pie dish. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

For the pumpkin cream cheese icing, combine cream cheese, half can pumpkin, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and spices in a mixing bowl ( I use my electric mixer). Mix until fully combined and smooth. Once cinnamon rolls are cooked, top with icing and serve immediately.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Annie's organic cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 can pure pumpkin
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Swerve confectioner (or powdered sugar) more if you prefer sweeter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice if you don't have this, mix together ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground allspice, ground cloves to create your own

Instructions
 

  • Pre-heat oven to 375
  • Place raw cinnamon rolls in pie dish. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • For the pumpkin cream cheese icing, combine cream cheese, half can pumpkin, powdered sugar, vanilla extract and spices in a mixing bowl ( I use my electric mixer). Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  • Once cinnamon rolls are cooked, top with icing and serve immediately.
