Loren Chandler is a 30-something gal living in Athens, Georgia with her husband, Trey, and her

two toddlers, Dottie & Duke. Her content includes home & lifestyle, non-toxic (#LoTox) products for the whole family, entertaining, and petite fashion. She loves to share products she is truly passionate about in order to be a resource to other busy and working moms. This is my *ideal* morning routine, I definitely don’t get through all of this every single day! But I do aim for everything on this list before the kids get up to help me feel like the best version of myself. Write WANT if you’d like the link to my favorite collagen & colostrum!

💚 Celery juice: first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, I have noticed huge improvements with inflammation, asthma, and allergies.

☕️ Coffee + colostrum + collagen: my favorite morning ritual. I add both to my iced coffee for extra immune and joint support.

☀️ Morning sunlight: I try to get outside soon after waking up and let my eyes get some natural light (without contacts or glasses!). It’s an easy way to support my circadian rhythm and start the day outside instead of immediately reaching for my phone.

🚶🏼‍♀️ A quick walk: just a few steps to wake up!

📖 Bible + prayer: the most important part! I also have a few alarms set on my phone to remind me to pray throughout the day. It might sound silly, but between running a business and having little kids, sometimes life is so busy that I need the physical reminder as a prompt!
