Strawberry Simple Syrup (see above) :
Wash and dice 10-12 fresh strawberries (my favorite produce wash is linked here)
Add in ½ cup of sugar
Muddle in large glass until berries are crushed and sugar is well combined
Let sit for at least one hour for sugar to fully dissolve
Strawberry Lemongrass Mule:
Fill copper mug with ice
Pour in your favorite ginger beer until cup is ¾ full
Add 2 oz of Grey Goose Strawberry & Lemongrass
Add 4 oz of strawberry simple syrup
Garnish with fresh strawberries and citrus
