Party Favors

I found the cutest cards on Etsy to use as the party favors, and I hot glued a piece of chalk in the center to make it look like a princess castle – the kids loved it! For the boys in the class I used shades of blue or green chalk. I love the idea of a party favor idea that didn’t involve candy or toys that will just get thrown away! Dottie helped me put that cards together and afterwards I put them in a cellophane bag with a bow and they were done. This video shows the end result and I loved how they turned out.

For a snack, I made these all organic gluten-free, dairy-free rice crispy treat snacks for all of my daughters classmates and they were a hit! We created a star shape using a cookie cutter and then added a straw to make a princess wand. I love the way they turned out and they tasted great too! Check out this blog post for the recipe!
