Christmas is a few short days away, and today I’m putting a golden twist on a classic holiday appetizer! These cranberry brie bites will be on everyone’s holiday spread this year, with each bite filled with buttery goodness and the perfect amount of brie and cranberry. Keep reading for this easy recipe that will surely be the gift the that keeps on giving this holiday season!
what you need:
Wheel of your favorite brie
Cranberry sauce
Can of crescent rolls
Fresh rosemary for garnish
What to do:
- Pre-heat oven following crescent roll heating instructions.
- Fill muffin tin with cupcake liners and coat each liner with melted butter.
- Place pieces of crescent roll dough into each liner.
- Cut your brie into 12 pieces, or however many your muffin tins allows.
- Put brie pieces on top of dough.
- Top each piece with dollop of cranberry sauce.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let sit for 1-2 minutes and garnish with fresh rosemary.
- Plate and enjoy!
Cranberry Brie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 can crescent roll dough
- cranberry sauce
- 1 wheel brie cheese
- fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven according to heating instructions via crescent rolls.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and spread with melted butter.
- Place crescent roll pieces into liners.
- Cut brie into 12 pieces, or however many your tin calls for.
- Put brie on top of dough.
- Add a dollop of cranberry sauce to each.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let sit for 1-2 minutes and top with fresh rosemary.
- Plate and enjoy!
