Valentine’s Day is one week away which means another day of treats, parties, and gifts at school or daycare. If you’re like me, you want your child to celebrate the day but not center the day around a candy overload. While I don’t mind candy in moderation, I find that on holiday weeks my children receive candy everywhereeee from school, to church, to after school activities like dance or ball..it winds up being very far from moderation.
