5 Simple Detox Water Recipes

I don’t understand those people who say they “don’t like water.”  I love water.  LOVEEEE.  If you ever see me around town there is a 100% chance I will be carrying my giant yeti or a glass water bottle filled with infused water.  Since our bodies are 70% water, we NEED it to function properly!  Drinking more water can improve skin, relive fatigue, reduce headaches, flush out toxins, & improve mood + energy..oh and the best part is that its free.

If drinking water doesn’t come naturally to you, infusing your water with various fruits & herbs is a great way to help you drink more during the day + consuming more vitamins & minerals your body needs.  My 5 favorite recipes are below:

  1. cucumber + mint + aloe

  2. strawberry + basil

  3. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tbsp honey

  4. raspberry + green apple

  5. lemon + aloe
