Gluten Free Rice Crispy Treats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 Bag marshmallows (10 oz)
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 4 cups crispy rice cereal
  • Miss Jones Vanilla Frosting (This one is gluten and dairy free)
  • ****use all organic ingredients to make you end result organic

Instructions
 

  • Melt coconut oil, marshmallows & vanilla extract in a large pot.
  • Once melted, add the cereal and stir until well combined.
  • Quickly transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pat down until even.
  • After at least an hour, you can go in with cookie cutters or cut into any shape.

Notes

****use all organic ingredients to make you end result organic
**** You can substitute the coconut oil for butter if you do not need them to be dairy free
