Honey Lime Fruit Salad

This fruit salad is light and bright, perfect for a side dish for hosting. The best part is you can make it the night before and pull it out of the fridge right before you’re ready to serve.

Equipment

  • 1 Large Serving Bowl
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Squeezed Lime Juice
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwi
  • Blueberries

Instructions
 

  • wash all fruit thoroughly
  • Mix 1/4 cup of Honey and 1/4 cup of Squeezed Lime Juice to make the marinade.
  • Cut up your fruit and place in a large serving bowl.
  • Add the marinade to the serving bowl with fruit.
  • It is ready to serve! Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can be swapped for any fruit that you like. If using apples, I recommend cutting those right before serving, as they could brown if prepared too far in advance.
