Spooky Sherbet Spritzer

This spooky sherbet spritzer is sweet and frothy, and one special ingredient makes it bubble over with magic!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 liter bottle of Sprite or Sprite Zero
  • 1 tub Lime sherbet
  • 1/2 cup Grey Goose vodka
  • 1/4 cup Simple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice good quality, I like Santa Cruz or Lakewood organics brands
  • Margarita/sweet & sour mix optional (could be used instead of simple syrup/lime juice)
  • Dry ice

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, pour in entire bottle of Sprite.
  • Mix in the sherbet (about 6 scoops)
  • Add Grey Goose vodka.
  • Add simple syrup and lime juice (or margarita mix)
  • Stir.
  • Carefully add the dry ice. Wait for all of the dry ice to stop bubbling before pouring for your guests
